my did that it turned out the batteries where weak tried charging them it would crank just not fast so put in fresh batteries and fires right up no matter how cold it gets

You might get the injectors tested. My truck started having probelms with starting in the cold, after replacing almost everything it turned out to be the injectors.

Thanks for the replies. After posting this it seems to be doing good. Just in case there something wrong with the injectors, where is the best and cheapest place to buy? Thanks again

with that many miles you may want to replace injectors.

Would injectors make the motor really noisy when cold? I guess you call it injector knock. Where is the best place to get a new set or rebuilt injectors?
