Default Running lean

i have an air dog and programmer when I put on #5 setting and get on it she runs lean what can I do to fix that?

That is a good thing no smoke equals complete combustion. That means for all the fuel and air you are putting in you are getting the most power output possible.

Only thing is that valves taps or something

May need to do a valve lash on it. Does it do it with the programmer off the truck?

Without hearing it, it is hard to tell maybe a fuel knock. Maybe someone else will chime in and help you.

I was havin issues with that on mine thanks in part to a horrible mechanic anyway i have an airdog and it ran fine just under normal driving but ran lean when i got on it ended up being the line from the draw straw to the airdog kept getting pinched had to reroute the line to prevent it from happening again
