you will need new drive shafts the 6 speed it about 3" longer. and you will need a larger flywheel. the 6speeds were on the HO and the HO has a larger flywheel survace to handle the little extra torque. you 4x4 connector my need to be changed and you may run into problems with nutral safty switch. i have a 6speed and i promise you dont want to get rid of the auto... i would love to have one but it is way too much work to swap them out.
you would have to remove your auto tranny intercooler wiring harness computer would need changed out and drave trane all the way to the axels. dont forget about dash is a little diffrent and the carpet is diffrent and the steering colums are diffrent all that stuff needs changed out.

If you have a complete parts truck your all set. you have everything you need. You need the 6 speed, the t case from the parts truck. both drive shafts, slave cylinder and clutch hydraulics, clutch, pedals, Floor console with cup holders to cover floor, steering colum plastics to cover where the auto shifter was, and either a new tachometer or just cover the P R N D 2 1 with black tape. the only thing your gonna need to do is bring your truck to a dealership and have them flash it because right after the swap your dash is gonna light up like check engine and guages and such will be on.
