Truck wont start!!!

Default Truck wont start!! 5.9 Cummins

my truck died while driving so i assumed that it was the inj. pump, it is now replaced, key is in right everything is timed right no codes, a new sending unit and it wont start, What is going on and no i havent tested fuel pressure i just want to know if the lift pump isnt putting out enough pressure will it cause a no start? It has two lift pumps, other that its stock

did you bleed the air out of the system?

yes, let the air out of the pump then bled each line at the head, still nothing.

All fuses and relays are good? Any codes?

Cher you are in the wrong section bud. This is for the VP44 brothers... haha
You need to be in the 03-07 section... The guys roaming that section can help ya out.
As for Texas-Diesel I would go ahead and get your self a LP cause it seems your not getting fuel. Also you still might have air in the system... You only need to bleed # 1,3,4 injector lines. The rest is overkill .
