I know it isn't always possible to watch it, but what's fuel pressure like mid pull? Running vp dry is bad news bears.

Yeah i know its bad , I never looked while pulling but it idels at 20 psi and ive never saw it under 15,or 17. I've had people tell me that just letting off the gas at the end and not feathering out will do it

going from %100 to %0 percent throttle could shock the motor? like the draw of fuel stops and it dosen't have sufficient fuel to sustain idle??? i have no idea just shooting out ideas!

Vps are kind of troublesome for that. They dont really like full fuel then lifting the throttle super fast. I'd try coming off a little slowing if fuek pressure is good.
