might have a problem
so i was driving down the highway couldn't of been doing more then 55 or 60 pulling a 13 ft little toy trailer (basically) with maybe a few hundred pound load. at the beginning of the trip all was fine my truck drove like it wasnt even back there then about 25 miles from home i had cruz set going down the highway and all of the sudden the just almost died i want to say. it kicked me out of cruz and it was just a real quick jerk then i put my foot on the gas and everything was fine. except my egts they were running about 200 deg higher then normal. it threw a code and when i got back to town i shut it off when unhooking the trailer and when i started it back up the code was gone. im sure its still in there i just havent got time to check it out. it scared me a little bit so i didnt drive my truck today for fear of something bad happening like killing my IP. does anyone have any ideas on why my truck might have done that?

no i have never changed the cam or crank sensor and im not sure on the fuel pressure hopefully enough.. i dont have a fuel pressure gauge yet in working on that. and i found the code its 1689 (no communication between ECM and IP). i read somewhere to try and replace my pump and horn relay and clean my grounds. im going to try that tonight or tomorrow and see what happens.(Hopefully its not my injection Pump) does anyone know what could be causing this code.
