Harnesses, motor mounts, bell housing, what kind of transmission the 4RE?? Im not 1000 percent sure what dodge ran with the v10. Were going to do that with a friend of mine V10 one day but till then hes got a 6.7L Cummins to drive.

there will be some trans work needing done as something inside is different and I can't remember what. yes you will need a different fuel pump and have to remove the intank gas pump and put a draw straw in and a good fass fuel system on and have no fuel issues

Fass are good pumps you gonna want 150 gph or more, I redo alot of things wile you have the engine outta the truck. New injectors have a worthy injection pump a stock VP44 will not live if you want 400-500 HP outta it. Nor will a stock P-Pump.

wow I disagree as my stock so vp44 went 683hp and is still working today made over 500hp last 3 years. over 200k on the truck. a fass 95 will supply all the fuel you need for 600hp. just take everything you can get from the donor vehicle when doing the swap. I can't think of all the little things right now but never hurts to have extra.
