it just started getting cold here in CT so i decided to put in some diesel 911. drove it around today and noticed that when i really get on it, the truck starts to cut in and out at higher rpms and at about 23 to 25 psi boost. And i can watch my fuel pressure gage, go up and down while laying on it. im thinkign fuel filter?

 

Stock lift pump? Any codes?

 

No i got a rapter 100 and no codes, i can watch my fuel pressure gague bounce up and down when laying on it

 

mine does that when im low on fuel and like you said fuel filters.

 

yeah it will do it when im on full. but i think it might be because of torque managment

 

Unless you have a tons of mods the 100 should keep up. What kind of filter do you have and did you try changing it yet? Only other thing would be your return check valve starting to go. Mine was bad and the airdog 150 just went down a psi or two consistently no matter what I did. Took me a while to find it too because I had just changed the head gasket and was checking everything I just had apart thinking it was something I forgot to tighten.

 

Wheres the return check valve? i dont have alot of motor work i have a quadzilla and smarty stacked, 150hp injectors and the the raptor 100 feeding it. i can watch my fuel pressure gague bounce up and down when really laying on it. and it does go down alot in psi when just putsing around town to.
