Default clutch

so i bought a 2001 dodge one ton with a 5 spd manual. has a squeal when clutch engages (i assume its the pilot bearing) and then to top it all of the master cylinder broke and i replaced it but now there is air in the line somewere im sick of hydrolic clutches and wonder if there is a cheap way to convert it to a mechanical clutch...also does anyone have any good idea of a method to bleed the air? ive bled the master multiple times and decided its got air into the slave so i took it off and bled it and no dice so i then took it off and filled it with brake fluid then put it all back together and have a clutch right as the pedal gets over half way to the floor. there has got to be someway to get all the air out i just must be missing it so if anyone could help me out there id really apreciate it
