i installed them on my 95 chevy and my 01 dodge and. On both trucks i droped the headliner, positioned the lights where i wanted them on the roof and attached them with self tapping screws. you also need to drill a 3rd hole under each light to run the wires through the roof. I then wired all 5 lights together and ran the wire down the drivers side A-pillar to power them off the headlight switch. Make sure to use RTV silicon on all holes to prevent leaks.

Drop your headline very simple job to do. Then take a center punch and center it in every pre-cut hole (from the inside of truck)and give it a whack. Drill them out with enough room to run the wires through then place the lights on top with the wire through the roof. Make sure they are square and where you like them and mark those holes with a pen or something. Drill and screw. Then run a ground wire, ground it on the A pillar. Then run a power from the headlight switch to the lights make sure to fuse it.

This may help you as well. Just don't mangle the holes like this guy did.
