what does the letters ccd mean when displayed on the overhead electronics?

It means the overhead has lost communication with the PCM. I have had it happen before. First time a connector in front of your left foot came undone. It has happened a few times since, but cycling the key makes it work again.

Thanks Raw. The weird thing is nothing lose or bad connection, when i first crank the truck it says it but clears and reads info out just fine about 30 seconds to a minute later

It will also show if your batteries are weak
