268000 miles, still on factory pump as far as i know, bought truck used, without history.

Paying extra for a pile of paperwork don't realy mean anything.

I'm on my second one. First one was replaced just before we bought the truck, it was under warranty. We know it was replaced before we bought the truck because when we looked at it the check engine light was on and hubby did a test drive anyways just for curiosity. We're now at 147K and still running strong. I do have a fass system on the truck.

Good Thread here, I am glad to hear of how many guys are still on their original pumps. Makes me feel a little better that I am 108,000+ miles and still running on the original pump.

I've lost 1 injection pump... 50K Miles (also a Additive user at the time)

But I think it will be my last pump being I using 2 cycle oil to lube the fuel system...

You might want to check out my research on it...

Also I haven't had a lick of problems with my carter campaign pump either. It seems that the stock lift pumps are just fine if you keep them well lubed up too!

Still on stock pump as far as I know. Had vehicle history checked at dealer and does not show it was replaced. Truck has 121K on it now, edge has been on since 99K and fuel system since 92K.

Good thread, lets keep it rolling

What was the cause of these VP44 failures; failed lift pump and lack of fuel supply; or just bad VP Pumps?

What did you pay for the new VP44 pump and did it include new electronics?

What lift pump(s) are you using; OEM replacement, OEM in tank upgrade or after market lift pump(s)

2nd VP44. First failed for me at around 65,000 KM (I can't remember exactly). It was because of lack of fuel. DC warranty replaced the VP44 but did NOT replace the OEM LP so I did with a FASS 150.150. Going on 4 years strong now. No issues. 158,000 KM on the clock.
