Default New VP vs. Old VP

I just replaced my VP after the old one going south.

My question is, what exactly are the difference between a stock (non-HO) and a hot-rodded VP which I was running?

I noticed last night during my first long drive that I'm not pushing as much smoke as I used to. Throttle and turbo response are a bit slower too.

Perhaps this is the loss of the HP upgrade of the hot-rodded unit? I'm going to have to get some more smoke somehow.....

What are the difference between stock VP, HO-VP, hot-rodded VP and Monster VP? -

Just waiting on a new ATS turbo and I'm done!

Stay with the so pump you have now it will be more reliable and make the power you want. Did you tap the pump wire on the new pump? Test to make sure the edge is working? Turn the pre-fuel up? Maybe your injectors are needing cleaned and pop tested? Run any fuel treatment through the truck at all? -
