I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 24-Valve with AT, a 5-inch pipe, S&B Cold Air Intake, and a Smarty S-03 programmer. When I am driving around 55-60 after 10ish min the torque converter will just at random start unlocking and locking multiple times? Then I will either slow down below 50 or give it gas and go faster the 60 to stop it. The only mod I have on my tranny is a shift kit for those nice tight shifts. Does anyone know why the tc would do this? Do I need a new one?

There is electrical noise in your system. This is whats causing this problem. Get a DTT noise filter and that will solve your problem.
