cps is my guess at it too ,it will cool down enough to reset itself in the time it takes to turn the key back on ,had this prob with a dt 530 last summer worked at it for three days and finnally got pissed enough to call the dealer for a service call, told them what it was doing and he said he would send a tech and a cps fixed it in about 5 min. haven't had a prob since

my 98.5 done this back in 04, ended up being an APPS sensor gone bad, which defaulted the ECM and caused it to shut off exactly like yours. ended up replacing it and having the ECM reflashed, no problems since

Here is the correct definitions...
http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/pdf/error-codes.pdf

P0606 = ECM Failure ECM Internal fault condition detected.
P1693 = DTC Detected in PCM/ECM or DTC Detected in ECM A Companion DTC was set in both the ECM and PCM.
P0500 = No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal No vehicle speed sensor signal detected during road load conditions.

Ok... Now that we got correct information from the error codes from a Dodge FSM. The ECM is fried right out of the hole... So you going to need to replace the ECM to fix this problem.

ok im going to update this alittle bit, now that ive driven it for a few more days it seems like just crusing nice it will buck and come alive again, and if im on the throttle hard it will stall completely, it only does it to me between epprox. 140 and
175 degrees once it reaches full temp(190-200degrees) it has never done it to me, can you guys please give me your advice again maybe this will help to limit it down to one thing

Thanks
