I would look into either of these:

Im not sure how clean you have to get the mating surfaces.

No you have to unbolt the engine and lift it up about 3-4 inches to get the rest of bolts out of the pan but be careful not to lift it to high it will put too much strain on the tranny mounts just lift it high enough to get the bolts and pan out.
I doubt silicone will seal it good enough to make a difference plus that gets pretty warm down there so it might work for a little bit but not a permanent fix.
you can change the gasket in about 3-4 hours if you have the proper tools a cherry picker being the most important of em.
Is it leaking that bad or just a little spot when you park it overnight
if thats the case i would just leave and keep an eye on your oil level every week or so.
Just remember..."My truck doesnt leak oil, its marking it territory"

if you can get the pan to hang down some go to a specality plumbing store and get some teflon rope, (not teflon tape) make a round or 2 around the pan on the outside of the bolts and tighten it back up, poof leak gone! and no worrys about silicone plugging up your engine, 
and it will fill in any hi or low spots and a little bit of dirt or broken gasket in the way wont even phase it, been there done that

I did this on my sbc race motor. The timing cover was leaking oil and didn't have time to change the gasket (race day). So we took the ole trusty shopvac and put it on the crankcase breather ( in your case try the oil fill). This creates vacuum in the crankcase then you can dab the rtv around the oil pan and let the vacuum suck it in then dry. No leaks!
