Default Just installed new turbo

Just installed my bd super b on my 02 and I have about 28lbs of boost. I have no boost fooler on it. Just stock. Could I be seeing this low of boost cause of not having a boost fooler? Or can I adjust the waste gate ?

Could be the boost fooler. Do you have any boost leaks?

You need an Edge Comp Box.

Well if you can get me one for free I'll take it but right now I'm just trying to make things work with what I have.

Search craigslist. I am sure there are some floating near you. Just make sure where ever you but one that its the right model for your vehicle. I believe the range you want is the 01-02 module.
I would look at ditching the quad box. Lack of support in getting them fixed...easily. But good luck in your quest.
