Default Need help identifying the sensor in PIC

I'm going to change out the lift pump in my 2002 Cummins 5.9 ISB 300HP mounted on a Freightliner MH chassis. Can anyone tell me what this sensor is mounted on top of the lift pump bracket? I want to make sure it's position will not interfere with another after market pump like the Airdog FRRP 100.

Could this be an ambient air pressure sensor?

It sure looks like a large gauge wire going to it which would make me think it is a large consumer or ground location.
Is it just one wire?
May have to go to Freightliner for info.

Can you follow the wire and see where it leads you? Is it just going into the sensor or is there Anything on the other side where we can't see?
