Question help

yes i have 1998 dodge 2500 24v cummins turbo diesel it will turn over but wont start i ran it out of diesel about 6 months go and i when to start it today after putting fuel in it and bleeding it out and i have 12 psi of fuel pressue still wont crank but it will start with ether and then die after it burn all the ether

How did you bleed the line? You should pull off #1 and #3 fuel line off head then crank over till fuel comes out of those 2 and then re install

I bleed #1 #3 #5 turn it over til fuel came out and til air bubbles was gone then tighten them back down

Try bleeding air out of the filter housing first then do injector lines. Just loosen banjo bolts and turn key on to get pump working to push air out

OK I have did that and still the same thing turn over and No crank just turn over and over

Curious if a sensor is causing the issue like crank position
