Default 2001 3500 cranks and no start

I have a 2001 dodge 3500 cummins 24 valve that will crank but wont start at all. Not even on ether( yes i know its bad but at the time it sounded right) i have no mods but an edge tuner and an air dog. I cracked a injector line and it was getting fuel but not fireing at all. Has never done anything like this either. All my tuner says is ignition not recognised, any help would be awesome and appriciated

I went out to start it one day and it ran for a couple mins and never started up again. Just cranks over and never fires

so it was running, and you cam back out and wasnt running. have you cycled the key to see what codes it is showing? it sounds like the IP may have took a crap.

id try checking codes that way. could be a cam sensor also telling it to fire wrong. or major engine issues. do you have a way to check fuel pressure from the airdog?

Begin by checking codes. Do some diagnostics before you install parts especially a VP even if you have one already bought. BlueChip has diagnostics on his site.

You'll want to do the cam sensor and tappet cover gasket if you pull the VP.
