Default Rough idle after 150 hp injector install

Alright, I bought a set of six BD 150 hp injectors. I bought them from a guy who had 200s in his 2000 so he had no use for the 150s ( he had them for around a year but never installed and were always in the box, but no red tip on the injector nozzle tip. Anyway I and friend put em in with new o-rings, copper washers and connector tubes. Seems like there is 1 bad injector cuz we cracked the pressure line on #3 where it was happening, we switched #3 injector to #1 and same thing happened. Driving it works like a charm but at idle it idles rough. Any suggestions?

you might need to readjust the timing to adjust for the bigger injectors.

Did you have the injectors pop tested? What lift pump are you running? And how much fuel pressure do you have?

What do you Guys mean by Pop tested? Im running fass 150. My fuel pressure is around 19. How and where would I adjust the idle? I'm a little new to the diesel world

If you take it to a diesel shop they can make sure they are firing under the right pressure. If one is out of adjustment you will think you have a bad/dead/something wrong injector. Especially if the guy you got them from had them on the shelf there must have been an issue as to why he didn't put them in. Otherwise why buy them?

Also Fill out your signature, so we can see what you have done to your rig.

Alright. I bought 1 new BD 150 injector so I'm hoping and guessing that's gonna fix it. Me and my buddy switched one injector to a different cylinder and it follower it
