Default rusty turbo bolts

I want to replace my downpipe to install my new exhaust but I noticed the turbo flange bolts were a little rusty. Was wondering if I could get any help on proper ways to remove them without possibly breaking tthem Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Use a welding torch to heat the bolts up if you got one .. That will be lot easer

I was reading around yesteday and saw where a guy had used a 50/50 mix of ATF and Acetone. Supposedly it works miracles but greatly reducing the amount of force you have to put on the bolt. IIRC they said that to get a rusted bolt with no penetrant took about 500 ft-lbs to loosen, while the ATF/Acetone took only 50-60 ft-lbs of force. Worth a shot with some heat and this mixture.
