what kinda power are you looking for and how far are you willing to take supporting mods?

cause this can go anywhere from a small budget upgrade, to a very moderate upgrade that pushes the limits of the injection pump...

both can be very reliable if done right...

for example my setup is pushing the limits of my stock injection pump yet it is a daily driver and very reliable. but I have the supporting mods to make it reliable..

I can give you part numbers and specs for custom parts to get some of the supporting mods on a budget for far cheaper than any of the vendors can get you those supporting mods for, but it is still an added cost on top of just turbo's and injectors...

upgrade your lift pump before anything..

depending on your goal hp will depend on size of lift pump

under 500hp can run a 95-100gph lift pump

over 500hp needs a 150gph lift pump and 1/2" fuel lines + 1/2" draw straw.

need gauges. 0-30psi fuel pressure
EGT
boost
trans temp (if automatic)

will need a built auto if it is an automatic...

or a upgraded clutch if manual.

then it comes down to how much hp you want...give me a range and know that around 600-650 is about the max you will get on a stock injection pump...

He ripped the guages out and the chip ....I plan on ordering the edge cts .... These insurance trucks are like surprises you don't know what to expect.... My truck is a 6 speed...
