Default Blow off vavle

i got the 351 vgt turbo on my truck i am just now getting all my electronics fixed after about 4 months but any ways i hace very bad turbo bark because of the manual tranny my turbo barks between every gear. what i want to do is put a blow off vavle on my truck. most people will say you cant because you have to have a throttle plate to open the vavle but thoughs people are wrong. there has to be a way to run an electrical selinoid to the blow off vavle and when the truck hits the right tps it opens i would set mine to like 30 percent so it opens fast enough. but anyone know of someone else that has done this or any idea on how to do this cheap?

There is the exact thing you are talking about. A BOV that reads APPS and reacts accordingly. They are not cheap, $700 rings a bell.
