Default Bolt snapped in my crank...

So I noticed two bolts was out of my crankshaft dampneir and I went to pull the other two out and one broke off. So what are your suggestions?

#1, drill a hole through the center of the broken bolt. Never, ever heat a bolt before doing this. Drill the hole, try an easy out. If it doesn't work, heat the bolt red hot with a torch. Walk away for at least 20 minutes, and try an easy out again. I'll bet money it will come out. The Dampener may be toast at this point, but I'm betting it needs replacing anyway.

If part the bolt is sticking out of the hole you can use a hammer and a chisel to turn the bolt.

Thanks for the replies. I drilled through it and broke an easy out off in it now I can't drill through the easy out. Don't have access to a torch right now but I'm afraid to use one because of melting main seal. Will try a different bit tomorrow I guess.

I don't know of a drill bit that can get through an easy out. They are extremely hard, and drill bits will just round off. If you can wrap a wet cloth around the crank, it may save your seal while torching.

Main seal is in the front cover just pull it, I've had some luck welding nuts on the end of broken bolts to remove them, can't say I've ever tried it on a crank bolt though.
