i have a 02 3500 i put 150+ injectors in it and burned up my old vp it was a 245 HO so got a used pump a 235 and put on the truck it starts fine but when i push pedale all the way to the floor it starts missing and popping it sounds like its out of time but i have pulled the pump and put it on again so i know its not and it has 10psi fuel pres anything you know will help

 

Very well could be a bad USED IP. Do you have a good aftermarket LP on it? Does it throw any codes? Have you checked for fuel leaks, could be air getting in.

 

Yes I have looked for leaks don't see any and I have a glacier diesel belt driven Lp don't know about the injectors I got them online and they didn't have a name on the package

 

I am leaning towards injectors my friend. I would pull them and have them pop tested and flow matched. Have you checked for codes?

It could also be your IP too, I would have that bench tested.
