Default Voltage jumping around at highway speeds

The past few days I noticed my lights flickering (headlights, taillights, dash lights and dome light)going 65 down the highway and my pulse monitor is reading 13.8 to 14.8 volts. I don't see it being the grid heater cycling because it does it even after its fully warmed up. I put a reman alternator on about a month ago and new duralast gold batteries 2 months ago. My battery connections are tight and so are the connections to my alternator. I'm lost anyone else have this problem?

I just solved that problem.
The alternator had a bad voltage regulator. New battrey's and Alternator fixed all problems.
Be sure that you install the proper amp alternator. I think it was 136 amps. Dinso

The alternator I have now is a worldwide 136 amp reman from advance auto. Its only been on the truck 2 months. The batteries I have are also new duralast gold tops that are only 3 months old. I was thinking about going with a mean green that gives more charging power whats everyones experience with em? any help or suggestions are much appreciated!

It seems to have stopped randomly, it hasn't done it in 3 days so im guessing problem solved itself? I went ahead and ordered a mean green alternator the 220amps it advertises seemed to good to pass up.

Might be a good idea to clean all ground connections just as an added precaution. That should be done every once in a while anyway.........know whatamean?

Well after a week of it not happening tonight while i was hooking up a trailer I noticed it flashing again. I also noticed it only does it while running and it doesnt matter if the headlights are on or not, the dome light and dash lights flash with them off or on and its very very faint but it almost sounds like its cutting out or loping when they flicker? This is driving me insane! Surely someone else has had this same problem? Also I just put a new mean green alternator on it so i dont see it being 2 bad alternators in a row.
