Truck died after FASS fuel filter/water seperator change help!
Hey guys, this is my first filter change with the FASS 95 system. I changed the filters and bump started the truck twice like the website says with filters cracked and it ran for about ten seconds and quit. Now I dont know what to do! Any help would be appreciated.Thanks guys!

Try bleeding via the tire style valve on the VP44 also. If you got air past that point you may need to crack the injector lines on the head and bleed there.

I read the install PDF for fass 90 and didn't see the step of bleeding the system before/as it enters the vp44. There are videos on the bleed procedure on YouTube. Search for fuel filter replacement.

The way the fass fuel system is designed is to purify and take air out of fuel o provide more complete fuel for the system, when u turn ur key to the on position u should here th wining sound from ur fass system this is filling ur filter and also priming ur main supply line to ur vp44 injection pump. Turn ur key on and off to the on and off position 10-20 times after this crack #2,#4,#6 injector lines
And crank until straight fuel comes out, which ur truck will most likely start. fIf u dont here ur fass filter ine at the turning of the key check for loose wire or blown fuse on power feed line next to motor.
