need help loosing power at steady speed
just put new lift pump, filter, and a used injector pump on that is a bosch reman. was fine for first couple hundred miles but now wen i get it warm running at steady spead normally 5gear just starts losing speed like air or somebody steeling the fuel from it. just keeps losing speed till i push clutch in and rev it up couple times then fine for couple more miles till you get at steady speed then the same thing happens. no fuel leaks that are visible and the lift pump is holding pressure. i also blocked waste gate from opening still happens. Any suggestions?

ok found out yes 300hp injectors, turbo turned up to 63% wich is max i guess, and a program was downloaded to compensate for sending fuel. head engineer at cummins did the work. do you think i wiped out programming changing the pump?

Yeah I aint thinking they are 300HP injectors. On a stock turbo with a tune and injectors THAT big that truck would smoke like a freightrain and the EGT's would be just a little more than a little toasty. I would double check on the injector size and how much fuel pressure did you have when you checked it?
