24 valve thermostat?

Default 24 valve thermostat?

My truck runs consistently 190*. Is there a reason that it would not be wise to install a lower temperature thermostat. Seems like everything would run cooler, no just the motor. Less radiant heat on the vp44, intercool, etc.

You can certainly run a lower Tstat. The lowest one I have personally seen is around 180*. Do I think you will see much benefit from around 10*, no, but if you want to by all means have at it my friend. c:
