ATTN Tail lights, marker lights, and horn wont work!!

My horn quit workin the other day and its been acting up for a couple weeks and i thought it was just a bad ground. now it wont work at all and the dash lights, tail lights and the front warker lights wont work. The brake lights and turn signals wont work though. Is it a bad ground some where or could it be the switch? The only reason i dont think its the switch is because when its on the first click (no head lights) the buzzer will come on with the key off telling me the lights are on. So its getting power out of the switch right?

I had the same problem with my lights on my old truck, it took me 3 months to figure out that it was only a fuse so I'd definatly check that first.
