Default Fuel leak help-- crossposted

Okay I've got a 94 chevy 3/4 ton with a 12v swapped into it. Fresh reseal on ve pump I finished last week. I also turned up the pressure a bit and swapped in a new fuel pin at the same time, along with a 366 governor spring. My problem now is this:

I've got a massive leak coming from the manual fuel shut off valve and cannot get it to reseal with just the provided oring. When I disassembled it all there was only an oring, I'm wondering if there is supposed to be a washer or other type of gasket that holds that oring in, as it does not seem to be staying in place any longer.

Looks to me like a metal cup style/rubber lip seal fits in there and seals to the shaft.
Anyone had one of these P pumps apart?

Thanks guys fixed the leak using a larger oring and a crush washer.

External electric fuel pump. not much higher then stock, just enough to maintain good pressure after the swap.
