Default 1989 w250 wrist pin failure

I have a 1989 w250 and the number 6 cylinder wrist pin is shot what all do u normally half to replace when this happens ?

if it has not completely let loose and killed the cyl. you will be doing a piston that comes with the pin. rings and of coure head gasket and pan gasket.. norm. the bushing in the rod is okay but I would check it..

I don't think it has let loose but I've only looked at it from the bottom up can't really tell a whole lot but you can tell that the piston has gotten pretty hot

might want to check the piston cooling nosile.
