Default D250 and W250 suspension parts

Is a D250's front end suspension the same (are at least similar) to the W250's suspension? or is it at least similar enough that I can use a suspension lift for a W250 on a D250 to lift the front and use blocks in the back?

I know that but how different is the front suspension? Could I use front springs and shocks meant for a w250 on a d250 to lift it? Or are they all different?
