VE and P pumps have different and non-interchangeable injector specs. The bodies have different line thread pitches and operate at different pop pressures.

The 12've would be the better choice for the HX35 and VE pump. The 14's would push the EGT too much. Over a 5X.012, weather on a VE or P7100 you should start uping your turbo and fuel supply.

I know you said P-pump, but if you have any aspirations of a 14mm head on the VE, you need to start at 5x.014 or preferably 5x.016 minimum. The pump can be dialed down somewhat to still work with the HX35 just fine. There would just be room for easy improvement later.
