93 w250 axels???

IIRC on the W250 they have Dana 60 front and rear. You can swap gears in your axles for a taller gear set to allow faster speeds until you rev out your engine. If your governor spring in your injection pump is stock I'd mess with that before the axles, its a heck of a lot cheaper, faster, and easier.

You have a number of choices for more top speed. Change axle ratio, taller tires, or a governor spring for your injection pump. (gov spring by far the cheapest)
3.07 axles came in the 89-91 automatic cummins trucks with the 727 (non-OD) transmission. The entire axles need to be swapped because the housings are cast differently for those gears.
3.33/3.31 can theoretically be done too... its a std ratio for D60, and it involves using Dana 80 gears in the D70, or a D80 axle swap.

D60 front, D70 rear. It could be 3.54 or 4.10.

Your CPL tag will say the governed rpm. My '93 says 2500.
I've heard of 3200, 3600, and 4000rpm gov spring. I believe the '366' spring is supposed to be 3200rpm.
I saw this in the Dana catalogs also! Although I've never seen the ratio paired with anything but the TF727.
