EMERGENCY!!!!
I have from 11:35 today till wednesday morning before i need LIKE NEED this done and i kinda want to know what im doing so i can help my dad out a lot with it. we are going to check my emergency brake on my late 1991 dodge automatic D250 cummings.
Where is the easiest place to access them at? How long will it take to take all apart and put back together? What do i need to be looking for? Also my horn doesnt work anymore. Have any ideas on that? anything is very VERY VERY appreciated
thank you!!!

the e brake should be a cable that spilts into 2 cables under the bed just behind the drive side, if the e brake will not release, take a pair of pliers and grab the metal cable that is coming out of the sheathing, right in front of the plate were the one cable comes to the plate and connects the other two, just push it back so that it will release.
when I replaced my rear brakes and cables, it tool about 1 hour per side, it is not hard
