The bracket looks like it could mount on the block under the pump not sure but my 2nd gen has one about like it good luck

You were right the bracket does mount to the pump. As for my tps/ ksb wiring im still lost.

Here it is. Hopefully it will show up. I've viewed some pictures from other 1st gens. but havn't been able to see where its all wired.
