Default damper proff screw on p7100 pump

hi does anyone have any good ways of getting the factery bolt out of the pump with out breaking anything?

I took a long torx bit and hammered it in. Worked well. Once it was out, I replaced it with a standard bolt.

and if that doesnt work drill a hole in the middle and use an easy out to remove

I did this once with a left handed drill bit and that in itself screwed the bolt out heheheheeeee

ok thanks guys. what about the other bolts should i worry about them snapping? and what about the plate will tht actully give me more power if i slide it forward?

I didn't have a problem with any of the other ones. Sliding the plate forward will net you a little bit, but not a whole lot. It allows the fuel governor arm to move forward farther, giving you more fuel.

If you move the plate full forward that will cause your egt's to go up.If you don't have an egt guage i recomd getting one first.
