You mean the boost spring that llessens the amount of boost to reach full fueling? Or the the preboost screw that sets the preboost fuel minimum stop so it limits amount of fuel right at take off. You cant advance timing through the afc

Give more fuel yes plate. Advance it through plate no. Youve gotta physically advance the pump on the gear being ran from the crank and you need special tools to do it. What you looking to do? What mods do you already have?

The 91 won't have a p pump? Sorry but i don't know anything about any other pump. Do the ve pumps also have an afc? They'd have to i guess but i don't know how they're adjusted. Someone else will jump in here and teach us both.

i know how to get to the plate and take it out and slide or grind it i have a paper of each noumder plate i just thought there was a screw to advance fuel without taking the afc housing off
