increase fuel mileage???
right now my pump is turned up i was just wondering how much it would increase my fuel mileage if i slid my fuel plate all the back towards the *** end of the truck, cranked my star wheel back towards the *** end, and screwed out the "smoke screw" or whatever its called, on the back of the afc? any other suggestions would be helpful thanks

The cummins manual I have says this:
1. Keep engine rpm at or below 2000 rpm
2. Keep manifold pressure below 5psi.
3. Keep exhaust gas temp below 700f
If you have 4.10 gears then running 2k rpm is only around 60mph,which we all know is no fun.
The '94 in my sig get 13-15mpg running 65+ and 19-21mpg running 55-60. And yes the big filter(BHAF) will help some.
