Default Drivers side front tire noise!

So i recently bought a set of new Kumho Lt285/75r16 for my truck had the radio on in the truck on the way home, i got home and i replaced the front brakes and fixed my tranny line leaks, So now its outta the garage and im driving it and had the radio off, and i can barely hear it over the motor but the drivers side front wheel area has some what of a rubbing noise to it, the noise doesn't change when i hit the brakes either and its constant, recently had new upper and lower ball joints put in about 2 weeks prior, the wheel bearing was replaced about a year and a half ago with one from the junk yard that was good (was low on cash) Tomorrow im gonna jack it up and see if there is any play in the wheel but to me it just doesn't sound like the bearing going out, the rotor does have a few little dings in it from hitting on it to get the bearing off, any ideas? Like i said i really didnt notice it until i changed my brakes!
