Default my first 12v. help?

well due to lack of money and resources im thinking of trading my truck for a 1997 12v with 5.5 inch fabtech lift, ats turbo aurora 3000, new ats tranny, new head, pulled fuel plate, pumps 2 degree advanced, ats intake horn, torque converter, front end has been gone through. its got 350k on it. also the maintance has all been done on time its been previously owned by a diesel mechanic. i know 350k isnt bad for these cummins but what can i expect to replace in the near future? ive done lots of research and what not and to me it seams like all of the main problems have been addressed. im going to ask about the kdp tomorrow when i talk to the guy. any info would be much appreciated

With all that ATS stuff on it look close and see what he has in the receipt area
and for me STRICTLY IN MY OPINION the ATS stuff is junk I have seen some first hand and heard alot of bad story's about ATS notice there not even a sponsor on this site (there's a good reason why) but just a rough guess he will probably want 8-12K for that truck?
look around before you buy and always remember that if you buy a truck WITH all the mods done to it and the driver/mechanic was a dumb *** your investment can cost you ALOT of money real quick I would look for a stock truck with lower miles and mod it your self

X3 on the ATS crap. We tried to put a 3 piece manifold on a buddys 12 valver and the dam thing didnt even fit. the once side was pressed in to far. Kinda irritating if you pay that much money for something and have to "make it fit".

But from what ya'll said it sounds like its for the better. The more he told me about the truck the more of a crappy deal it sounded like. Door didnt open from inside an just little stuff i dont wanna deal with. Thanks again tho all the info, helped me out a lot

no offence to you and your truck
but if he were trading you that for the truck in your sig there is one of 2 things here

1. His truck is a TOTAL pos with no "ATS" stuff on it no "new tranny" ect
2. he is the biggest dump *** I have ever seen and needs to be slapped

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Just look at your first post here

see if you can spot it
