Default Fuel leak

Hey guys, I just bought a 12 valve, and it has a MASSIVE fuel leak. It looks to be coming out of the bottom of the fuel filter, where the WIF sensor/drain is. I bought a new filter, tightened that sucker on there. Still leaks. I went and bought another filter, without the hole to put the WIF sensor on, a fleetguard fs2800 or something like that, that just has a little unscrew thingie on the bottom. I put it in, and STILL leaks, looks like its just flowing from the bottom. Took the filter out, unscrewed the bottom, put some teflon tape on the threads, and STILL leaks. Is there any other possibilities? The fuel lines to the top of the housing are nice and tight, and it seems to only be coming out of the bottom. Any help would be appreciated.

I had that problem to and the filter was not sealing correctly on the head so maybe check that, make sure you put diesel on the seal before putting it on to.
