Default keep your 12 valve save money

I have had my 97 dodge 12valve for many years now, last december i decided to sell the 12 valve and buy a 2004.5 common rail dodge dualley. as musch as i loved the truck it had to go! The common rail was powerful and fun to drive, but i just could not stand the sound of it. The feel of the electronic throttle was just not my cup of tea. i must be an old skool hot rod kinda guy, but i only ended up having the 04 for 8months...I had to pleed with the guy who bought my old truck for it back, it now has a blown transmission but thats small potatos. im writing this post to let thoes of you thinking about spending the money on a new truck, to think twice, the fun wears off fast! save the money put some into your old truck and be happy with it. i wasted too much money and felt is was not worth it. maybe its worth it to u but just remeber, insurance, registratoin, parts, and a truck payment is alot of headache. either way your opinion may very but imho...a good 12valve is a far better truck than a common rail
