Default Need more power

I bought a 97 12 valver with 150k on it. I also have another 97 12 valver with exhuast, flow and fuel plate. The new 12 valver just has no guts. After 60 mph I can put it to the floor and seem to be able to get to 65 and thats tops. It has stock exhaust, air flow. Anything I need to check that may restrict it from getting more mph. And any new ideas for getting just more power. Its a auto trans and dually.

slide plate full forward, get gauges, or yank the plate and get a tc and vb,

i have no plate in mine and the mileage is not bad if you drive with some sense.

monster12valve's Sig:94' 2500 4x4, 5in mbrp to 8in black stack , bhaf, no plate, afc tune, isspro gauges, 4k gsk, 60lb valve springs, ATS intake manifold, tc lock up switch ... NEXT MOD- full built trans.

but on the turn side if you do drive without since the milage goes down. you can almost watch the fuel gauge go down. but ill still never switch back to a plate
