12 Valve 2nd Gen Dodge Cummins 94-98 Discussion of 12 Valve 5.9 Liter Dodge Cummins Diesels with P7100 Injection Pumps

im not too sure what some of my gauges should read at about 55-60mph. boost is 5-7lbs pyro is about 600-700* and oil psi is a little above 40psi. are these about where they should be?... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

country_boy's Sig:94 2500 reg cab long box 5spd 4x4- #100 plate FF, star wheel 3 1/2 turns forwards, pre-boost even with jam nut, k&n air filter, straight pipe, silencer ring out, boost gauge, pyro out of a mack superliner, air horns on cab off a mack CH custom bumpers, one pc. stainless headach rack/bed rail caps, new style fold out towing mirrors

Yeah seems about the same as mine. Of course, boost is going to vary depending on the position of your right foot.

those are about the same numbers i got!!!!

lodal cummins's Sig:1996 Dodge 12 Valve
100 Fuel Plate ff, Silencer Ring Removed, K&N Filter, AFC Tuned, Boost Elbow
3" exhaust with aereo turbine muffler
Boost & Pyro Meter Gauges, Automatic with low stall converter & Shift Kit
kdp killed, timing 15.5* 3kGSK

seems to be normal I have very similar specs

440ctd's Sig:96 2500 cummins 5.9L 12 valve jasper auto trans. ,guages: pyro, boost ,trans ... studed and ringed head, super HX40 turbo, stock injectors, exhaust: 4in downpipe 5in to muffler 6in tail end, silencer ring taken out.

yep thats just what mine read

BD Cummins's Sig:I have a 1994 dodge cummins, 5-speed, Valair DD Clutch, 4x4, leveling kit, 4" exhaust, cold air intake, bd 40hp injectors, no fuel plate, gutted AFC housing, 4K govenor spring, injection pump degreed 17.5 degrees, Mickey Thompsons rims wrapped with kumo a/ts
