Default turbo boost

have a question about turbo boost on our trucks .. i read some were (but not sure) that stock we sposed to boost 16psi or around there ... just got my boost gauge workin and wanted to test it out and i am boosting 18-20 ... it cruzes up to 18 then slowly up to 20 and peeks out there ... would having my star wheel full foward do that ? to my knowledge i dont see that it would but not sure -

just pretend that you have a special truck that dodge already turned up a little bit for you just think, that means that when other people are reaching 25psi with your setup that your getting 30psi.... -
