12 Valve 2nd Gen Dodge Cummins 94-98 Discussion of 12 Valve 5.9 Liter Dodge Cummins Diesels with P7100 Injection Pumps

I stripped the banjo bolt (10mm) on my 96 cummins. anybody know where to get a replacement? also I ran my feed line into a 2 liter bottle of fuel and rigged a bypass for the pre heater so my feed line ran directly into ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

Default banjo bolt

I stripped the banjo bolt (10mm) on my 96 cummins. anybody know where to get a replacement?
also I ran my feed line into a 2 liter bottle of fuel and rigged a bypass for the pre heater so my feed line ran directly into the fuel pump. still had alot of air...could the lift pump be sucking air anywhere? -

There is way more than 1 bonjo bolt. which one?

Cummins has them. -

cool thx...Genos are for 98.5 + not sure about the vulcans .. from what I have read the ones from geno will not work for sure. My bro inlaw works at a machine shop and offered to drill and tap the old one. I will order a new lift pump monday so whether i order one or have mine tapped doesnt matter as long as I have all my parts together on the same day. If I had the time and money I would replace every line on the truck but for now I just want her ready for winter. -
