Are you sure its the hold down nut and not the return line? Did you clean out the holes before putting them in? Most of the time you need to pull the lines to get to the hold down nuts.

check the hold down if its tight, then you might have to pull it and clean the hole out

the bolts for the injectors can be replaced. as for the pyro best to weld it up and just drill your new hole

If your return line isn't leaking, and the injection line at the injector isn't leaking, then the nozzle could be leaking where it threads on to the injector body. You might have to remove the injector to see it if the leak continues. And the injector hold down nut can be tightened or removed with a 15/16" deep socket or wrench.

you can but it would be easyer to trill a hole in the other then thread it in instead of having to weld it, those manifolds are cast iron, you have to have a professional welder weld cast because there is alot of pre-and post heating the weld so it dont carck. (and that i know my dad has been a welder for 20 years and a weld inspector for the past 15)

When I modify these cast manifolds, I use a rose bud and get the cast glowing hot and turn the heat up on my mig welder and weld it up. I have done this several times and I haven't had any crack or leak yet.
